Hello,
My name is Matt Cochran and I have been blessed to call Franklin my home for my entire life. I was born and raised here and shortly after graduating from high school, I went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps. After the military, I quickly realized that I missed the beautiful mountains and wanted to come back to the place that I call home. I figured out that a career in real estate would be the perfect way to help others realize the natural beauty of the western North Carolina area and help them establish a way to be able to call it home as well. If you, your family, or friends are looking for help in navigating the process of buying or selling real estate in Franklin or the surrounding areas, please do not hesitate to call, text, or email me at anytime. I would feel honored to be able to help you throughout your journey.
Matt
